Have you been working hard on developing new ground-breaking technologies and disruptive services, but when it comes to going to market you are unsure whether your customers will love them?

In a framework of Merlin ICT project, as a cooperation of Poznan Science and Technology Park (Poland) and SIBB e.V. (ICT & Digital Business Association Berlin-Brandenburg), in cooperation with Fraunhofer HHI/CINIQ Smart Data Forum, are inviting you to two dedicated to start-ups and researchers workshops, during CUSTOMER CENTRIC DAY:

Customer Discovery 11.00 – 16.00

Customer Discovery is about questioning your core business assumptions. Performed correctly, customer discovery is a customer-centric, scientific process that puts evidence behind an assumed product-market fit.
After this workshop, you will:

  • Understand how Customer Discovery guides business models.
  • Receive the knowledge and tools to conduct Customer Discovery independently.
  • Understand the characteristics of Minimum Viable Product.
  • Know the steps to achieve Customer Validation.
  • Be full (lunch provided) 🙂

Lean Hardware 16.30 – 20.00

This interactive event will overlap both the Hardware Development and Customer Development models. It will take you through the phases of an electronic product creation – from the very concept through to manufacturing. We will exactly pinpoint what you need to do at each stage to determine what percentage of users are likely to want each hardware feature.
You may expect:

  • Which features are worth investing in with your valuable time and money when implementing hardware.
