How to successfully manage a Horizon 2020-funded international project

It is a 2-day event during which the participants will learn about
- Project management rules
- Horizon 2020 project specification
- Consortium agreement
- Evaluation of good and bad management structure
The participants will do various practical exercises which will familiarise them with different aspects of carrying out a project.
The participations is free of charge.
