2018-11-20

The objective of Innovatos2B project is to generate methodologies that help First Time Innovators in the process of generating innovative solutions.

Representatives from the “Poznan Science and Technology Park” (Poland) and Lithuanian Innovation Center (Lithuania) members visit the Science, Technology and Business Park of the Universitat Jaume I (Espaitec) on 15 and 16 November for a transnational work meeting about the European Innovators2B Project which they have participated in since 2017.

The intention of this project is seeking to develop a common methodology based on the best practices implemented by the three project partners to help companies in their process to generate first-time innovators.

During this latest edition, the innovation ecosystem of the province of Castellón will be presented, as will how Espaitec has developed several initiatives in the same vein. The event is supported by the Castellón Chamber of Commerce, which will introduce the Castellón business sector’s status to the European delegation to help identify new collaboration opportunities and experiences that enrich the project’s conclusions. One example of an innovative company is the firm San Alfonso from Betxí, which will explain its most innovative initiatives from an agrofood company.

The work meetings, which are held in the places where the participating partners come from, profoundly analyse the techniques and operations from a 360º perspective of the science and technology parks and innovation agencies that participate in the project.

Finally, a final product of Innovators2B will be to set up a series of methodological processes with their indicators so they can be shared with other stakeholders in the various innovation ecosystems and be applied in their respective territories.
