In May 2018 the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) enters into force. What changes will it bring? How to prepare for the changes? What should we do as entrepreneurs who wish to effectively protect personal data of our customers? All these questions will be addressed by our experts during the seminar: “New challenges in the protection of personal data. GDPR – theory and practice” which will be held on 11 October at Poznan Science and Technology Park.

The aim of the seminar is neither to warn you against high penalties nor to focus on the problems and costs related to implementing the changes in the organisation. What we are going to do is to tell you how to prepare for new challenges, what to start with, and then how to effectively make any necessary enhancements. Apart from presenting selected technical and organisational measures, we will discuss the most crucial theoretical matters related to GDPR, including required documents and procedures.

The workshop will be a good opportunity for us to share our legal and IT expertise with you. The talks will be prepared by PSTP’s DataCenter experts.
