Seeing the unseen! A new Imagine Lab exhibition

2017-09-28

IMG_6859Seeing the unseen is part of the Green Exhibition at PSTP Imagine Lab. It takes up the challenge of seeing the unseen in a way that Adam Mickiewicz could not predict. There are phenomena in the world of physics that our eyes cannot see. However, our new exhibition allows you not only to see it all, but also to grasp it!

The new educational exhibition at PSTP Imagine Lab makes an attempt to explain why there is an unwanted reflection in a picture taken through a glass pane, and how it is related to polarisation of light. Visitors can also watch a movie in the “invisible cinema”, and to compare what our eyes can see with what our mobile phone can notice.

As of early October everyone will be able to see and understand how cinema 3D glasses work. The functioning of sci-fi movie holograms will be explained by giving 3 different examples, i.e. an elephant, a hare and a car.

The new part of the Green Exhibition of PSTP Imagine Lab is now open to organised groups. As of 1 October it will also be accessible to individual visitors.

Tickets can be purchased only on the Imagine Lab website: http://wyobraznia.ppnt.poznan.pl.
