Seoul to San Diego – our successful tenants

PSTP tenants are recognised worldwide! The IC Solutions representatives were in Seoul where, together with Anoto – their business partner, the team was is developing a new strategy for reaching out to international clients. The BBH Biotech team has just come back from San Diego, where they presented their brand at BIO International Convention.

BBH Biotech in the USA

Early this year BBH Biotech Polska Sp. z o.o. was selected to take part in the Overseas Trade Fairs Participation Programme. The programme was designed for the beneficiaries of the SME instrument in Horizon 2020. Being one of the selected companies, the representatives of BBH Biotech Polska participated in one of the largest biotechnology trade fairs, i.e. BIO International Convention, which were held on 16-22 June 2017 in San Diego, USA. Only 15 companies from the EU Member States participated in the event.

At the fairs BBH Biotech promoted their two key projects on:

• The use of ultrasounds to improve bio-based processes;
• The use of apitoxin (honey bee venom) in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry.

The winners presented their work in a specially designed trade fair pavilion. More than 3,500 organisations and 1,800 exhibitors took part in the event. In total, the fair was attended by more than 16,000 people from 74 countries. The event was a great opportunity for BBH Biotech to establish business contacts and create new ideas to develop the company.

IC Solutions in Seoul

IC Solutions posted a message on Facebook saying: “Selected Anoto partners were invited to take part in Anoto Global Solutions Roundtable in Seoul, including IC Solutions. Together with the digital pen producer we are working on a strategy for product development and international sales. It is also a  great opportunity for us to exchange experience with people from all over the world, including the United States, Australia, South America”.

IC solutions emphasise that there is a “particular interest” in using their IC Pen in social and health care in Korea.
