Successful PSTP tenants: IC Solutions, Tenesys, Polbiotech, Apollogic and ITTI

Guest lectures at start-up events, partnership and cooperation with some of the largest global brands and institutions, articles in journals, competition prizes – this is what PSTP tenants can achieve. Their knowledge and experience are gaining recognition. Congratulations! This time we are happy to present the achievements of as many as five companies!

IC Solutions Sp. z o.o. attended the event for project initiators and start-ups organised by Poznan University of Technology: “Be like Steve Jobs – from research to business” which took place on 26 November 2016. Not only did IC Solutions present their IC Pen technology there, but they also shared their business experience and offered advice to young entrepreneurs. READ MORE

POLBIOTECH LABORATORIUM Sp. z o.o. gave a speech entitled “Biotechnology of the start-up and exploitation phase of an agricultural biogas plant” during the XVI Clean Energy Forum. The paper “Biotechnology of an agricultural biogas plant” was published  in the Czysta Energia journal in November 2016 (11/2016). The article summarises and develops the problems presented in the conference speech, i.e. operational problems in biogas plants, especially the ones using waste. The paper also offers advice regarding the initiation of the biological process and the possibility of reaching full production capacity of a biogas plant.

They win prizes in contests

Apollogic has won again! The company took part in the HCP Startup Challenge. The aim of the contest was to create an innovative application in the SAP HANA Cloud Platform. Apollogic came up with the Smart Car solution thanks to which the company was recognised by the jury and given the prize J

They cooperate with the most well-known brands

Tenesys Sp. z o.o., an IT company specialising in monitoring and maintenance of IT systems is proud to be a partner in Amazon Web Services – the largest supplier of cloud computing services. It is a great success, it has been achieved only by some Polish companies. Congratulations!

A new project for the European Space Agency was launched in November. The “NEODECS – NEO Data Exchange and Collaboration Service” project is part of the SSA programme and is carried out by ITTI and the Astronomical Observatory of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. The aim of the initiative is to create a web service to store and publish metadata on the observed Near-Earth Objects (NEOs) and to stimulate cooperation between the scientists conducting research on such objects.
