TargetSME project

2019-12-16

PPNT, Tehnopol, Kaunas Technology Park and PTA joined forces in TargetSME project to explore ‘an innovation support challenge’ like enhancing the agencies’ management efficiency in the field of communication and marketing.

We started  working using twinning+ methodology in order to create valuable Design Options Paper regarding efficiency in the field of seeking the new ways how to attract innovative SMEs by using emerging communication and marketing tools and facilitating interaction and partnerships with various actors of innovation ecosystem. The solutions developed in the paper will be implemented in the agencies as new or improved programmes based on these given approaches.  The SMEs (project’s target group) are understood as the companies launching new products/technologies, markets or operating in R&D or having potential for innovation implementation, regardless of their date of incorporation or their stage of maturity.

The result of peer learning activities within the project will be developing an effective approach to identify and convince our clients to engage in innovation process with the use of external support. It involves designing the whole process from the identification of the target group, marketing channels, attractive offer, diagnostics of individual needs, consequent support delivery and follow up of the process till successful result.

During the first desing thinking workshop in Poznan, we selected and identified the companies representing the target group and created the empathy map (understanding the drivers, pains, gains).
