“REFA Wielkopolska Association,” operating since 1993, is the Polish partner of the global REFA network, founded in 1924 in Germany. We specialize in optimizing work processes, time study and standardization, and organizational development, helping companies improve efficiency. Nearly 15,000 people from several hundred companies with various ownership structures have already completed our training courses and workshops. We offer both open and in-house training, tailored to clients’ individual needs and delivered by certified trainer-practitioners. In addition, we provide consulting services, supporting the design of work processes in line with the REFA methodology. Our activities also include implementing modern solutions related to Industry 4.0 and lean management. We hold the SUS 2.0 Training and Development Services Standard certificate, confirming the high quality of our services.
