Last week, the Poznań Science and Technology Park team participated in the Deep Tech Summit 2025 conference, during which we had the pleasure of taking part as an ecosystem partner for the event.
The Deep Tech Summit 2025 included a roundtable discussion on the development of the biotechnology sector in the CEE region. Dr. Justyna Adamska, deputy director of PPNT, represented Park during the two-hour session among ecosystem representatives from Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland and Serbia, as well as representatives of biotechnology companies, investors, the pharmaceutical sector and research institutions. Key challenges and possible solutions to support the implementation of research results in practice were discussed.
Our experts, Anna Padewska-Organ and Michał Wujewski, presented their key observations from the implementation of the Ready2Scale international acceleration program in a presentation entitled “Insights for Startups from the Ready2Scale Project Implementation.”
In it, they summarized key observations from the project implementation, discussing, among other things:
- the most common mistakes made by startups during the application stage
- application evaluation criteria
- reliable sources of funding and competitions for startups
- successes achieved by our teams
