On June 17-19 the EBN Congress, an international meeting of representatives from the European network of innovation centers, EU|BIC – took place in Riva del Garda. PPNT was represented by Joanna Bosiacka-Kniat and Anna Padewska-Organ.
This year’s edition of the event focused on human-centered innovation and the role of skills, collaboration, and local ecosystems in building Europe’s competitive advantage.
Anna Padewska-Organ spoke on the panel discussion “Train the Change: Empowering People Through Skills & Learning,” dedicated to improving employee qualifications and developing the competencies necessary during a period of transformation. Participants discussed how EU|BIC centers and other organizations can better respond to the needs of company founders, teams, and regions.
Joanna Bosiacka-Kniat, meanwhile, participated in the EBN Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings, during which the network’s substantive and financial activities were reviewed, and directions for cooperation for the coming year were set.
This year’s congress holds special significance for PPNT, as the Park’s term as Poland’s representative within the EBN structure ends in 2026. It was a time of valuable discussions that reaffirmed the importance of human-centered innovation, collaboration, and responsible thinking about the future.
