On 29 September, representatives of the Poznań Science and Technology Park (PPNT) participated in another meeting of the “Innovative Poznań” series, organised by the City of Poznań’s Investor Relations Department – INVEST POZNAŃ. The event took place at the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center and focused on one of the Wielkopolska region’s smart specialisation areas: “Bioresources and Food for Informed Consumers”.

The meeting brought together entrepreneurs, researchers and representatives of institutions supporting innovation. It provided an opportunity to explore available technologies, research infrastructure and potential partnerships in research and development projects.

PPNT was represented by Marcin Śmiglak, PhD, DSc, Eng., Vice-President of the Board of the AMU Foundation, and Agnieszka Lewandowska, Investment Project Coordinator. They presented opportunities for cooperation with businesses, PPNT’s research infrastructure and the support available for R&D projects. The presentation also featured examples of innovative products and technologies developed through successive stages, from initial concepts and prototyping to validation and preparation for market implementation.

The examples presented covered areas such as modern and sustainable agriculture, food technology, the circular economy, and solutions based on upcycling and zero-waste principles. The meeting also provided an opportunity for direct discussions and exploring new possibilities for cooperation.
