At MonitLab sp. z o.o., we develop innovative analytical methods for determining drugs in biological fluids, supporting TDM (therapeutic drug monitoring). Our company is implementing an R&D project, co-financed by the ERDF under the POIG, concerning the development of an HPLC method for determining the level of posaconazole in human plasma.

The goal is to create a prototype that supports the rationalization of pharmacotherapy for hematological oncology patients. The project responds to the growing demand for TDM, enabling the precise adjustment of drug doses to patient needs.
