The Poznań Science and Technology Park supports young entrepreneurs from Ukraine, helping them gain business experience and develop the skills necessary to run their own companies. These activities are carried out as part of the EYE4Ukraine project, which is part of the international Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme.

One example of successful cooperation is the business relationship established between Yelyzaveta Sokolova from Ukraine and Justyna Opas, owner of the CLEO hair salon in Środa Wielkopolska. Yelyzaveta, a young entrepreneur who came to Poland as a result of the war, wanted to acquire new skills, develop a business plan and prepare to open her own hair salon in Poznań.
During a month of cooperation, Yelyzaveta honed her hairdressing skills under the guidance of an experienced mentor, familiarised herself with the standards and specifics of the Polish beauty industry, and developed a business plan that forms the basis for starting her own business.
The collaboration also proved valuable for Justyna Opas. The exchange of experiences allowed her to look at the hairdressing industry from a new perspective and enriched her skills as a mentor. Thanks to her collaboration with Yelyzaveta, she was able to draw inspiration from different hairdressing practices and use them in her daily work with clients.
The EYE4Ukraine project, implemented by the Poznań Science and Technology Park, supports young entrepreneurs from Ukraine by offering them the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and experience in companies in the European Union without having to travel abroad. The programme is aimed at both start-ups and experienced entrepreneurs who want to act as mentors and share their knowledge.
