The Poznań Science and Technology Park supports innovative companies at every stage of their development – from their first steps in R&D to preparing to raise capital and enter international markets. In the atTRACTION project, we work with teams developing deep-tech solutions. They share a strong scientific background, a high level of technological readiness (TRL), and ambitious plans for scaling and internationalization. We support companies in the fundraising process by offering consulting, access to international investment networks, and support in business model development, scaling, and foreign expansion.
Below is a brief overview of companies that are currently seeking financing and may be interesting targets for investment discussions, as well as a catalog summarizing the most important information about each of them.
Pikralida – innovative therapies and a hybrid Biotech & CRO model (TRL 4)
Pikralida is a biotechnology company based in Poznań, Poland, which combines research and development of innovative drugs with Contract Research Organization (CRO) services. It focuses on therapies that address unmet medical needs, while supporting the pharmaceutical sector in the development of external research projects.
The company is currently at TRL 4 and is preparing to open another round of financing in 2026.
Chitomed – bioresorbable hydrogels and implants for dentistry and orthopedics (TRL 9)
Chitomed develops advanced, bioresorbable hydrogels based on medical-grade chitosan and personalized 3D-printed implants made of bone-forming materials. The technology is used in the regeneration of complex bone defects (including maxillofacial surgery) and in dermocosmetics, where chitosan can support skin renewal and moisturization processes.
The project has reached market maturity (TRL 9). Chitomed is conducting a seed round of €2 million, of which €1.2 million has already been committed by investors.
StethoMe – home respiratory diagnostics using AI (TRL 9)
StethoMe® develops a smart stethoscope and diagnostic software based on artificial intelligence algorithms. The system enables precise auscultation of the lungs at home and remote evaluation of recordings by AI algorithms and doctors. This translates into faster detection of respiratory diseases and the possibility of scalable monitoring of patients in home and outpatient care.
The company operates at TRL 9 and is conducting a Series A round of €3 million.
BioCam.ai – AI endoscopic capsules for humans and animals (TRL 7–8)
BioCam.ai is developing a capsule endoscopy system that enables painless, minimally invasive examination of the entire digestive tract in both humans and animals. The solution includes a capsule, a mobile application, and a telemedicine platform where images are automatically analyzed using artificial intelligence algorithms to detect pathological changes and support the diagnostic process.
BioCam.ai is at TRL 7–8 and is conducting a late seed round worth €2 million (with €1 million in committed capital).
EFM (Engineers4Medicine) – early detection of serious heart diseases (TRL 5)
EFM, a Polish technology company, has developed Cardiac Dynamic System – a telemedicine device and analytical platform enabling dynamic assessment of heart function. The solution is particularly useful in patients reporting shortness of breath, when classic diagnostics can be difficult, especially in differentiating between COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and heart failure. Data is transmitted remotely, and analytical algorithms support early detection of critical conditions and reduce the need for hospitalization.
The company, at TRL 5, is conducting a seed round worth €2.5 million. The minimum investment ticket is €50,000.
Polmedi – smart wound treatment systems and IoT in hospitals (TRL 9)
Polmedi designs and implements advanced medical solutions based on IoT technology: smart medical devices for patient diagnosis and monitoring, and systems that increase the operational efficiency of healthcare facilities. The company’s goal is to simultaneously improve treatment outcomes, reduce therapy costs, and streamline staff work.
At TRL 9, Polmedi is conducting a Series A round of €2 million, of which €0.5 million has already been committed.
BioDairy Labs – vegetable fats with the functionality of milk fats (TRL 9)
BioDairy Labs creates structured vegetable fats that mimic the taste, texture, and technological properties of animal fats, while being free of trans fats. The company’s solutions enable food manufacturers to develop more sustainable plant-based products without compromising on taste and sensory experience, while maintaining competitive costs.
BioDairy Labs operates at TRL 9 and is conducting a seed round worth €2 million, of which €1 million has already been committed by investors.
GrowerAdviser – AI for climate control and crop strategy in greenhouses (TRL 7)
GrowerAdviser supports greenhouse growers in increasing profitability by combining crop strategy, plant monitoring, and climate control in a single integrated AI-based solution. The system analyzes crop data and supports decisions regarding variety selection, irrigation, and environmental parameters, which can translate into higher yields and better resource utilization.
The company (TRL 7) is conducting a pre-seed round at the level of EUR 250,000.
Technovator – charging devices without cables and without downtime (TRL 7)
Technovator is developing wireless remote energy transfer technology. The system is designed to enable safe and efficient power supply to multiple devices simultaneously – without cables, battery replacement, or the need for precise positioning of equipment on chargers. The solution is designed as an OEM module that can be adapted to various applications: from consumer electronics (including medical), through logistics, to industry.
The company (TRL 7) is conducting a late seed round worth €6 million.
Invis – smart watch straps with payment and biometric features (TRL 9)
Invis gives classic watches a new function, transforming the strap into an advanced wearable device. Invis Strap enables contactless payments (NFC), and the company is also developing biometric authentication and secure access functions (e.g., in the area of access control and authorization) – in the form of an elegant strap or buckle, without the need to charge a battery.
Invis (TRL 9) is conducting a seed round worth €1.2 million, with investors committing approximately €636,000.
Aiseemo – advanced real-time video analytics (TRL 8)
Aiseemo, a spin-off company founded by scientists from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, is developing its own AI-based video analytics engine. The technology enables real-time detection of objects and events: from standard security monitoring, through smoke and fire detection, to advanced applications in critical infrastructure and industry. The system can also analyze images in the thermal imaging band and integrate data from hybrid cameras, ensuring high efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of traditional surveillance.
Aiseemo operates at TRL 8 and is conducting a seed round worth €1 million, with high entry thresholds for institutional investors.
