A training session for NOVOL company was held at the Poznań Science and Technology Park, conducted by experts from the Research Services Team: Dr. Magda Palacz, team leader, and Paulina Nadobna. The meeting focused on microscopic techniques and elemental analysis, with particular emphasis on electron microscopy (SEM-EDS).
During the classes, the possibilities of optical and electron microscopy in the context of solving process problems were discussed. As part of a case study, participants had the opportunity to analyze samples prepared by the company, both those reflecting real process challenges and those prepared specifically for the training.
In the practical part, participants took part in workshops in a microscope laboratory, where they followed the entire analysis process step by step – from sample delivery to obtaining results.
The training showed how PPNT’s expert knowledge and modern infrastructure can support companies in solving complex technological problems.
