Laboratories

Our laboratory spaces are designed for research, scientific, and technology-focused activities. High-quality construction solutions and advanced technical installations meet the needs of demanding users.

Laboratory spaces available for rent for businesses are located mainly in Buildings B, E, and H at Poznań Science and Technology Park (PPNT).

Building B

Building B offers 830 m² of laboratory space, fully equipped with permanent technical gas installations, fume hoods, specialised laboratory furniture, and water and sewage systems—enabling safe and comfortable execution of a wide range of research processes. Ventilation and local exhaust systems ensure proper air exchange and reduce staff exposure to harmful factors. The spaces meet functional and safety standards, allowing work with modern technologies and equipment.

The building is intended for research and analytical activities. Its fit-out and layout support proper placement of research apparatus and provide ergonomic, safe working conditions. Laboratories in Building B include, among others: a climate chamber, an in situ FTIR spectrometer, a chemical reactor, and a high-vacuum pump.

Building E

Building E includes laboratories with a total area of 547.04 m², designed as modern spaces meeting safety, ergonomics, and accessibility standards. The facility features advanced technical infrastructure enabling a broad range of laboratory and research work. Laboratories are equipped, among others, with fume hoods, water and sewage installations, and technical gas installations.

The building has ventilation and air-conditioning systems to ensure proper air exchange as well as user comfort and safety. In addition, the facility is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, including step-free entrances, lifts, wide circulation routes, and appropriately equipped sanitary facilities. Overall, it provides a functional, safe, and modern environment aligned with the requirements of contemporary laboratories.

Building H

Building H comprises 32 modern laboratories of approx. 30 m² and 50 m², with a total area of 1,677.60 m², designed to support advanced R&D activities. Each laboratory is fully ready for use.

Available equipment within Building H includes, among others: polarising microscopes, a scanning electron microscope (SEM), and a gas chromatograph with a mass spectrometer (GC–MS).
