ADMA Scan is a tool developed on behalf of EASME – the European Commission’s unit responsible for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. The diagnostic method is based on two elements. During the first stage, company employes complete an online survey with several questions. Then, the same individuals participate in a diagnostic meeting where the survey results are analyzed and the company’s functioning is discussed in approximately 60 different aspects.

The ADMA Scan method was developed based on many years of experience from experts in many European countries.
