CREDIT4CE

The CREDIT4CE project focuses on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in Central and Eastern Europe in the process of decarbonizing their operations.

O PROJEKCIE

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are responsible for a significant share of carbon dioxide emissions, and many regions lack the resources needed to effectively support them in reducing emissions. CREDIT4CE aims to develop tools and strategies that will enable these companies to achieve climate targets effectively.

The project includes activities such as developing a carbon footprint calculator, creating decarbonization roadmaps for production practices in SMEs, preparing educational materials, and compiling and sharing best practices. CREDIT4CE engages both businesses and research institutions, seeking synergy in efforts toward sustainable development.

CREDIT4CE is implemented under the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE programme and brings together partners from six countries: the North West Croatia Regional Energy and Climate Agency (REGEA), Wrocław University of Science and Technology, FH Burgenland, Confindustria Emilia Area Centro, Clust-ER Greentech Energia e Sviluppo Sostenibile, ZICER – Zagreb Innovation Centre, G-Force, and Primorski tehnološki park.

Through these activities, CREDIT4CE contributes to strengthening the capacity of the Central and Eastern European region to achieve its climate goals.
