Providing pro-innovation services by the IOB network in Greater Poland

Poznań Science and Technology Park of the Adam Mickiewicz University Foundation, pursuant to Article 39(8) of the Act of 28 April 2022 on the rules for the implementation of tasks financed from European funds in the 2021–2027 financial perspective (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1079), hereby makes public information on the commencement of implementation of the partnership project titled:
“Provision of Pro-Innovation Services by the IOB Network in Wielkopolska”

The project is implemented under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021–2027 Programme (FEW), Priority FEWP.01 European Funds for the Wielkopolska Economy, Measure FEWP.01.06 Enterprise Development through Support for Business Environment Institutions / Clusters and Support for Their Potential.

Project subject
The project aims to create a network of Business Environment Institutions (IOB) capable of providing specialized and standardized pro-innovation / pro-development services for SMEs in the Wielkopolska region.
This objective will be achieved in three stages
Stage one will involve building the network and coordinating its operation.
Stage two will concern the active approach of innovation advisors from among the IOBs forming the network, who will:
diagnose the needs of companies selected through a call for applications,
prepare development plans for those companies,
provide advisory services in this area,
indicate the most appropriate solutions from the entrepreneur’s perspective.
Stage three will consist of granting a voucher to SME companies receiving support under the project.
Target group
The project is addressed to:
SMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) conducting business activity for at least 12 months in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship.
Project indicators
Number of enterprises receiving non-financial support: 50 enterprises
Number of new enterprises receiving support: 10 enterprises
Number of supported micro-enterprises: 20 enterprises
Number of supported small enterprises: 20 enterprises
Number of supported medium-sized enterprises: 20 enterprises
Number of supported Business Environment Institutions (IOB): 6 institutions
Strategic relevance
The project will contribute to the implementation of:
Strategic Goal 1 of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Development Strategy 2030:
“Economic growth of Wielkopolska based on the knowledge of its residents”
Strategic Goal 1 of the Regional Innovation Strategy for Wielkopolska 2030:
“Increasing innovation activity in Wielkopolska”
In addition, the project is aligned with the mission of strengthening the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs. Implementation in partnership will allow the partners to leverage each partner’s potential and experience, contributing to the creation of a region-wide network capable of delivering specialized and standardized pro-innovation / pro-development services to SMEs in Wielkopolska.
