As co-organisers, we invite you to a free conference on climate challenges and their impact on business! The event, entitled “The climate crisis and social challenges for business”, will take place on 24 March 2025 at the Faculty of Psychology and Law in Poznań, SWPS University.
This is a unique opportunity for business leaders, non-governmental organisations, representatives of science and public administration to discuss the future of green strategies and their importance for the economy.
Why is it worth participating?
During the conference, we will seek answers to key questions about ecological transformation and business strategies:
- What climate processes are taking place on our planet and what are the consequences of inaction?
- How can we convince sceptics to embrace the green transition?
- How can we turn ecological challenges into a competitive advantage?
- How can we engage employees in pro-ecological changes?
The conference is not only an opportunity to hear from experts, but also a space for exchanging experiences and consultations. The programme includes:
- Presentations by scientists and business practitioners – the best solutions in the field of sustainable development.
- Panel discussion with the participation of, among others, the president of the WWF Poland Foundation.
- Discussion of key changes in ESG reporting resulting from the Omnibus package and their impact on business operations.
- Workshops on systemic decision-making – effective implementation of changes in companies.
- Individual consultations with ESG reporting experts.
One of the panellists will be Tomasz Zgoła, PhD Eng., who will discuss climate turning points and the impact of environmental strategies on the development of companies in various sectors. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to take advantage of individual consultations on calculating their carbon footprint.
Participation in the conference is free of charge, but requires prior registration.
