A business meeting organized in cooperation with Ebury<\/mark><\/strong> <\/a>was held at the Pozna\u0144 Science and Technology Park. The event was devoted to international settlements and currency risk management in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector<\/strong><\/mark>. <\/p>\n\n

The meeting was officially opened by p<\/a><\/strong><\/mark>rof. UAM dr hab. Dominika Naro\u017cna, PhD, Adam Mickiewicz University<\/mark><\/a><\/strong> <\/mark>\u2013 Member of the Management Board. Speakers Jakub Makurat and Micha\u0142 J\u00f3\u017awiak<\/mark><\/strong> presented Ebury’s activities in Poland and discussed issues relevant to companies engaged in foreign trade, including macroeconomic forecasts for 2025, local collection in export sales, and working capital financing in international trade. <\/p>\n\n

Summing up the meeting, Jakub Makurat emphasized the importance of currency risk management, pointing out that its role goes beyond individual investment transactions and is an important element of a company’s long-term strategy.<\/p>\n\n

During the question and answer session, participants also discussed the future of the euro in Poland and the potential consequences of adopting it.<\/p>\n\n
