A training session for NOVOL company was held at the Pozna\u0144 Science and Technology Park, conducted by experts from the Research Services Team<\/mark><\/strong>: Dr. Magda Palacz, team leader, and Paulina Nadobna. The meeting focused on microscopic techniques and elemental analysis<\/mark><\/strong>, with particular emphasis on electron microscopy (SEM-EDS). <\/p>\n\n

During the classes, the possibilities of optical and electron microscopy in the context of solving process problems were discussed. As part of a case study, participants had the opportunity to analyze samples prepared by the company, both those reflecting real process challenges and those prepared specifically for the training. <\/p>\n\n

In the practical part, participants took part in workshops in a microscope laboratory, where they followed the entire analysis process step by step \u2013 from sample delivery to obtaining results.<\/p>\n\n

The training showed how PPNT’s expert knowledge and modern infrastructure can support companies in solving complex technological problems.<\/p>\n\n
