4th of December 2025 in Pozna\u0144 Science and Technology Park a free training course entitled \u201cExchange rate risk management in manufacturing and trading companies\u201d will be held. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The meeting is organized by <\/mark>Enterprise Europe Network<\/mark><\/a><\/strong> <\/mark>\u2013 network operating inside the PPNT headquarters, in cooperation with AFS Brokerage House<\/a><\/strong><\/mark>. The event will feature: <\/p>\n\n

Jacek Maliszewski <\/mark><\/strong>\u2013 Director of Financial Markets, author of the book, \u201eExchange Rate Risk Management \u2013 A Practical Guide\u201d, <\/p>\n\n

\u0141ukasz Leszczy\u0144ski<\/strong><\/mark> \u2013 Financial Risk Manager at AFS Brokerage House.<\/p>\n\n

Speakers will share their knowledge, gained by 25 years of experience on the currency market, focusing on practice, verified solutions and examples of functioning companies. The participants will learn methods of exchange rate risk management, both in accounting and cash terms, and methods of applying hedging instruments. The training program also covers issues related to exchange rate risk mitigation, making decisions on currency transactions and implementing currency risk management policy in the company. <\/p>\n\n

  1. Knowledge and practical examples presented during the training will enable you to better utilize opportunities to hedge against currency risk and operate more effectively in an international environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Every company working on the international market is exposed to loses \u2013 both as a result of a lack of decisions to hedge exchange rate risk and an incorrectly conducted hedging process. During the training, you will learn how to effectively counteract this. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Failure to hedge currency risk is, in fact, speculation. We will share our knowledge on how to manage currency risk safely, minimizing exposure to unnecessary speculation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Currency risk should be hedged properly, using secure financial instruments. We will share practical examples of such hedges, show a wide range of exchange rate risk management tools and methods, including forwards, options, and option strategies, and teach you how to recognize toxic financial instruments that sometimes appear on the market. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    The stationary part, scheduled for December 4, will take place at the Pozna\u0144 Science and Technology Park, ul. Rubie\u017c 46, 61-612 Pozna\u0144. <\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n
