Pozna\u0144 Science and Technology Park (PPNT), as the coordinator of the European project atTRACTION \u2013 Connecting Deep-Tech Innovation Ecosystems<\/strong>, invites investors and startup founders to an upcoming online webinar dedicated to early-stage and angel investing<\/strong> in Ukrainian and Polish startups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The webinar organised jointly with the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge<\/strong> and the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (UVCA)<\/strong>, will focus on cross-border investment opportunities<\/strong>, syndication, and practical aspects of evaluating startups from an investor\u2019s perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the session, experienced investors and ecosystem experts will share insights on how angel and early-stage investments work in practice, what investors look for when assessing startups, and how founders can better prepare for fundraising in an international environment. The webinar is addressed to potential and first-time business angels<\/strong>, members of the Ukrainian diaspora, as well as startup founders<\/strong> interested in understanding the investment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speakers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pawel Maj<\/strong>, co-managed two VCs and one PE-growth fund. He has completed 60+ investments, 20+ exits, and has served on the supervisory and management boards of 30+ companies. Currently, Pawel fundraises for profitable tech scaleups (3M+ ARR\/first take and positive EBITDA) from Poland and the CEE region and is a partner of Vestbee Angels – an initiative that connects 400+ angels with seed-stage startups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mykhailo Khaletskyi<\/strong>, an experienced financial services sector professional with a background in corporate and investment banking. Currently CEO at CEE Startup Bridge Foundation, an NGO co-implementing (among others) Polish – Ukrainian Startup Bridge project, an initiative aimed at connecting Ukrainian and Polish startup ecosystem through financing, acceleration activities and regular professional networking opportunities.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dmytro Kuzmenko, <\/strong>CEO of Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, has over 15 years of experience in the investment and finance. He specialises in venture investments, syndicate deals, high-tech startups’ validation, development, team coaching, and investment banking<\/p>\n\n\n\n
