During these two days, renowned experts and young chemical scientists will discuss their latest research on ionic liquids and take part in a&nbsp;workshop on completing grant applications and managing a&nbsp;research project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference is a&nbsp;combined effort of two workgroups, supervised by Marcin \u015amiglak (Poland) and Cristina Silva Pereira (Portugal), to bring together those who are interested in ILs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plenary lectures will be given by:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tom Welton (Imperial College London),<\/li>\n<li>Piotr Stepnowski (University of Gda\u0144sk),<\/li>\n<li>Alistair King (University of Helsinki),<\/li>\n<li>Andrew Hursthouse (Univ. West of Scotland).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cristina Silva Pereira from University NOVA, Lisbon, an ERC grantee, will conduct the workshop on completing grant applications and managing a&nbsp;research project during the second day of the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting will also be an opportunity to present research outcomes of the Short Time Scientific Mission participants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The international scientific conference \u201cAdvances on Green Technologies\u201d will take place in Poznan Science and Technology Park on April 19th and 20th, 2016.
