Send your proposal to PSTP Seed Fund"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4488\" src=\"https:\/\/ppnt.poznan.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Fotolia_84614524_Subscription_Monthly_M-1.jpg\" width=\"240\" height=\"159\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Seed Fund of AMU Foundation\u2019s Poznan Science and Technology Park is looking for\u00a0 aspiring entrepreneurs planning to create and develop state-of-the-art products and services in the field of chemistry, biotechnology as well as information and communications technology (ICT).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Deadline for sending proposals is 28 February 2017.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 <em>We are looking for aspiring entrepreneurs who plan to create and develop state-of-the-art products and services in the field of chemistry, biotechnology and ICT <\/em>\u2013 explains Katarzyna Wla\u017a from PSTP Seed Fund. \u2013 <em>Our offer is mainly addressed to entrepreneurs and researchers who plan to run their own business, who understand the market, competition, with its positive features, and, most importantly, who are developing innovative solutions and that is why they need an investor. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How do&nbsp;we operate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selected ideas will be developed from the moment of defining primary assumptions with regard to the functioning of the business, in close cooperation with coordinators and experts (e.g. working in finance, intellectual property rights or technology transfer), and until the key financial and business decisions related to the enterprise are made.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Before the decision to establish a&nbsp;special purpose vehicle is made, ideas will be tested on the market thanks to our <strong>cooperation with the largest companies<\/strong>. So far we have offered capital support of the total value of almost PLN 8 mln to 13 enterprises who wished to commercialise their ideas. At the beginning of 2016 AMU Foundation successfully sold its shares in PhotoHiTech sp. z&nbsp;o.o. (limited liability company) to one of the largest manufacturers of chemical raw materials in Poland \u2013 the Synthos S.A. listed company. At the end of 2016 AMU Foundation sold its shares in <\/em><em>uBirds Sp<\/em><em>. z&nbsp;o.o.
