Now all partners of the project are looking for experts for cooperation.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The experts are supposted to be profesional in the fields:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>local transportation system analyses and planning and the carbon footprint calculation,<\/li>\n<li>behavioural sciences integrating psychological and sociological knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Support of 2 experts is planned. Their role will be to bring insights of state of the art from their respective domains of expertise and contribute to the policy learning process with assistance in diagnosis of current mobility behaviours in the 5 partner regions, provision of facts needed for <span class=\"tev-glossary-highlighted\" title=\"\" data-toggle=\"popover\" data-content=\"a means for public intervention. It refers to any policy, strategy, or law developed by public authorities and applied on the ground in order to improve a&nbsp;specific territorial situation. In most cases, financial resources are associated with a&nbsp;policy instrument. However, an instrument can also sometimes refer to a&nbsp;legislative framework with no specific funding. In the context of Interreg Europe, operational programmes for Investment for Growth and Jobs as well as Cooperation Programmes from European Territorial Cooperation are considered to be policy instruments. Beyond EU cohesion policy, local, regional or national public authorities also develop their own policy instruments.\" data-original-title=\"Policy instrument\">policy instrument<\/span> development and decision as well as evaluation and recommendations to actions planned in each of the 5 partner regions. Experts may apply individually for a&nbsp;selected assignment or jointly.
