We are glad to share with you the best parts of Scale-up Champions\u2019 third Demo Day!<\/p>\n

The event was hosted online on 23 September, 2021, and organized in collaboration with Wolves Summit<\/a>. Dozens of stakeholders from across Europe covering all facets of the deep-tech industry gathered to pave the way for innovation, including more than 20 startups <\/strong>and over 50 mentors<\/strong>, corporate professionals, investors, business angels, and venture capitalists.<\/p>\n

Pitching contest!<\/span><\/h4>\n

The event started with a pitching contest, where the top 17 deep-tech startups got the chance to present their disruptive solutions live on stage.<\/p>\n

This edition\u2019s champion was Neringa \u0160eperien\u0117, a co-founder of \u201cBrachyDose\u201d<\/a>, which was guaranteed a spot in the Great Pitch Contest<\/strong> of the Wolves Summit Conference<\/strong><\/a> to be held on 19-21 October 2021<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Following the pitching session, six leading experts from the deep-tech startup ecosystem delivered an inspiring panel \u201cCommunity Building in the deep tech space\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Miguel Quintas<\/a> from Parcela Ja<\/a>,\u00a0 Daniela Esposito<\/a> from Startup Wise Guys<\/a>,\u00a0 David Seoane<\/a> from FundingBox<\/a>, Maria Hahn<\/a> from Nutrix<\/a>, and Scale-up Champions\u2019 mentors and investors Jakob Mikkel <\/u>Hansen<\/a> and Martin Gorosko<\/a> analysed the impact of innovation and deep-tech in Europe and discussed how to successfully build community in this area.<\/p>\n
