FANS – FROM ADAPTATION TO NEW SKILLS AND SELF -EMPLOYMENT. PPNT HAS STARTED A NEW PROJECT

2023-03-20
In March 2023, Poznań Science and Technology Park has started the implementation of a new project FANS – from Adaptation to New Skills and Self-Employment.

FANS  project is all about helping three different organizations from Czech (MSIC), Portugal (STARTUP LEIRIA) and Poland (PPNT) to get better at supporting immigrants and refugees.

We are going to learn from each other and share our experiences to improve the training programs. By the end of the project, we will have redesigned training courses to be more inclusive and welcoming to people from different backgrounds. The goal is to help immigrants and refugees improve their chances of finding work, including self-employment.

As part of this project, we will take various actions to improve. For example, we’ll be conducting SWOT analyses to identify our organisations strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. We’ll also be going on study visits to learn from our successful programs, and we’ll be creating a guide of good practices that any organisation can build on our knowledge.

This project is being funded by the European Union, Erasmus+ program.

We will regularly inform you about the progress of the project on the website and on social media.
