Best highlights of the Scale-up Champions’ third Demo Day!
We are glad to share with you the best parts of Scale-up Champions’ third Demo Day!
The event was hosted online on 23 September, 2021, and organized in collaboration with Wolves Summit. Dozens of stakeholders from across Europe covering all facets of the deep-tech industry gathered to pave the way for innovation, including more than 20 startups and over 50 mentors, corporate professionals, investors, business angels, and venture capitalists.
Pitching contest!
The event started with a pitching contest, where the top 17 deep-tech startups got the chance to present their disruptive solutions live on stage.

This edition’s champion was Neringa Šeperienė, a co-founder of “BrachyDose”, which was guaranteed a spot in the Great Pitch Contest of the Wolves Summit Conference to be held on 19-21 October 2021!
Following the pitching session, six leading experts from the deep-tech startup ecosystem delivered an inspiring panel “Community Building in the deep tech space”.
Miguel Quintas from Parcela Ja, Daniela Esposito from Startup Wise Guys, David Seoane from FundingBox, Maria Hahn from Nutrix, and Scale-up Champions’ mentors and investors Jakob Mikkel Hansen and Martin Gorosko analysed the impact of innovation and deep-tech in Europe and discussed how to successfully build community in this area.
