We’re on South Summit 2019

PPNT invited polish startups for the South Summit in Madrid, 2-4th October. It’s the leading Innovation Global Platform which connects top innovators from Southern Europe and Latin America to the world´s most powerful investors, and corporations, who are searching for the next big thing.
South Summit Startup competition has already become a benchmark for Innovation which brings together the 100 most innovative startups. Any Startup in the ecosystem, if having a promising idea and team behind, will surely be found in pitching sessions. South Summit is a seal of quality recognizable by every agent related to the entrepreneurial environment.
Together with Merlin-ICT we’ve invited three startups to take part in South Summit: Expansio, medVC and Skillmate.
Expansio is a software house which leads CodeAll . It’s a tool to learn programming through a natural conversation with a chatbot – your private tutor in a pocket. The effects of coding are visible in the form of intelligent environment. It is possible thanks to programming Internet of Things sensors that allow to create a car parking sensor, intelligent fridge or turn off the light after clapping. Expansio is one of the best 10 startups in EnlightED – competition for startups in education. Together with other 9 startups, Expansio will have pitching session during South Summit.
medVC is a remote collaboration tool for medical professionals allowing real-time audio-video communication and the usage of specialised medical services. It is designed to be installed in operating rooms, conference rooms and doctors’ offices and makes it possible to send multiple High Definition (HD) video streams coming from cameras, microscopes, endoscopes and other medical equipment. Skillmate is an app idea that brings people with similar interest, educational goals and preferences together. It eliminates the barrier of living next to somebody, but never know the person and creates the space to know each other, learn together and spend time fruitfully.
Since 2012, when South Summit began, over 3800 projects were presented. 95% of the conference finalist startups are still active and have raised more than 2.8 bilion dollars in funding.
