Effective technology transfer – seminar at PSTP

efektywny transfer technologii_seminarium w PPNTOn April 25 we invite all professionals responsible for technology transfer to a unique free training which will help them prepare to deal with business representatives. We will talk about opportunities in cooperation with companies as well as the expectations and limitations of both sides. The keynote speaker is Michel Morant, vice-president of ASTP-PROTON, European association for professionals involved in knowledge transfer between universities and industry.

The development of innovation ecosystems (which bring together business, universities, researchers, technology parks, etc.) creates new options and technology transfer tools. Therefore, it is important for technology transfer centres to be up-to-date with the latest trends in order to be able to fully respond to market requirements.

The training organised at PSTP will give you a chance to learn best practices from Europe, exchange experience and discuss challenges in science-business cooperation.

The meeting is organised as part of “Progress TT – Capacity Building Programme for Technology Transfer”, in which PSTP and 15 other technology transfer centres from Europe are involved.

The programme provides support for technology transfer staff by outstanding European experts and mentors. The assistance is based on direct work with an expert during mentoring sessions aimed at raising competences in, inter alia, technology scouting, assessing the potential of intellectual property, or building a business relationship.
