Last Wednesday, 1 July, the Demo Day of the Poznań Science and Technology Park Capital Fund took place. During the event, startups supported by PPNT — MediMic, LILCA, byMYCO and Aithentica — had the opportunity to present their solutions to a wider audience.
The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the potential of the technologies and business models being developed, as well as to receive valuable feedback from the Fund Partners, investors and industry experts.
One of the key points of the programme was the presentation of the award for the best pitch deck. The jury consisted of the Fund Partners:
- Monika Pielach (Aquanet),
- Joanna Juszczyszyn-Klimek (DGA),
- Katarzyna Hilczer (Fundacja Polska Innowacyjna),
- Piotr Nędzewicz (Łukasiewicz – Poznański Instytut Technologiczny),
- Bartłomiej Walczak (PPNT).
Selecting the winner was not an easy task. The award ultimately went to byMYCO, a startup developing environmentally friendly, biodegradable packaging and materials made from mycelium. These solutions offer an ecological alternative to traditional plastics and Styrofoam. The winner received a Startup Pass for Deep Tech Summit 2026.
Representatives of the Regional Development Agency S.A. in Konin and the INVESTIN Group also took part in the meeting remotely.
We would like to thank all participants for their active involvement, engagement and openness to new ideas. The Demo Day was not only an opportunity to present innovative projects, but also an inspiring space for building relationships and discussing the future of technology and business. We would also like to thank the jury for their substantive discussions and commitment.
