The Poznań Science and Technology Park (PPNT) invites participants to a training session entitled “Cloud or On-Premises Server? How to Choose and Calculate the Cost of AI Implementation in Your Business.” The event, co-organised with Enterprise Europe Network, operating within the Park, and AI Roadshow, will focus on the use of artificial intelligence in sales and the implementation of AI solutions in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The event is aimed at entrepreneurs and managers who want to explore the potential applications of AI in their businesses, compare cloud-based and on-premises solutions, and estimate implementation costs. The programme covers business, technological and process-related perspectives, complemented by practical examples and a workshop designed to help participants select solutions that best meet their organisation’s needs.
Participants will learn, among other things:
- Where data processed by AI tools is stored and transferred.
- What GDPR obligations apply to businesses and AI solution providers.
- Which AI tools can be deployed on a company’s own infrastructure.
- What on-premises AI deployment scenarios look like in practice.
- How to use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) when working with company documents.
- Which areas offer the fastest return on investment.
- Which processes are not worth automating.
