The Poznań Science and Technology Park (PPNT) and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (UAM) have signed a letter of intent to cooperate in organising the nationwide student song festival “Nowe Pogłosy”. The agreement marks the official beginning of a joint initiative aimed at creating opportunities for students to develop and showcase their musical talents.

PPNT was represented by Hieronim Maciejewski, Prof., PhD, DSc, Eng., President of the Board of the UAM Foundation and Director of the Poznań Science and Technology Park, and Dominika Narożna, Prof. UAM, PhD, DSc, Member of the Board of the AMU Foundation. Maciej Muraszko, Artistic Director of the Festival, also attended the meeting.
A New Area of Cooperation
The “Nowe Pogłosy” Festival is a joint initiative of PPNT and UAM, open to students from universities across Poland. Its aim is to create a welcoming yet professional environment where young performers can showcase their abilities and gain valuable stage experience.
For the Poznań Science and Technology Park, organising the festival also represents an expansion into a new area of activity. For many years, PPNT has provided an environment for developing ideas, fostering collaboration and supporting new ventures, primarily at the intersection of science, technology and business. “Nowe Pogłosy” extends this approach into the cultural sphere, demonstrating that innovation can also involve developing new forms of cooperation and creating opportunities for young people.
PPNT and UAM share the ambition of establishing a nationwide platform to discover and promote emerging musical talent while strengthening cultural engagement within the academic community.
Applications for the Festival will open on 15 October 2026. The main event, including the Festival finals, will take place in Poznań on 12–14 April 2027.
